As a Colorado native and one of Summit County's top producing brokers, Marty Frank brings a wealth of education, experience and leadership to his office and clients. Marty earned his Bachelor's degree in Architectural History with an emphasis in graphic design. Then continued with post-graduate work in Architectural History and Photography, earning a Professional Master's degree in Architecture. But, before graduate school, Marty took the time to explore.
He moved to Alaska for a summer, living out of a tent and working the docks at Kodiak Island. Then he packed up and moved to The Marina District in San Francisco to work at Fisherman's Wharf. After California, Marty took a month-long solo motorcycle trip through Mexico to have one last little adventure before he hit the books again. While finishing his
graduate work, Marty and his wife settled into a Colorado house, eager to make it their first Colorado home together. He and his wife have now lived in Breckenridge, Colorado for the past 18 years. They have two adventurous and growing sons and have cherished every moment of it.
Marty is more than able to work hard and play hard in all aspects of his life and wants nothing less for his clients. He believes that second best is simply unacceptable and has proven this by being one of the top producers in Summit County over the past 13 years. Marty has been a progressive leader in the real estate community, working closely with Brecken- ridge project developments such as One Ski Hill Place and Water House, as well as neighborhood developments in Summit County and Blue River.
