At Christie's International Real Estate Summit Colorado, I lead a team of specialists with more than 75 years of combined experience in Summit County. We possess deep knowledge of nearly every neighborhood and community in and around Summit County and Vail and pride ourselves on prompt communication, trusted market guidance, and exceptional service throughout the transaction. Our mission is to help clients make informed decisions and preserve their mountain homes for generations to come.
Over the course of my real estate career, I've helped more than 1,000 families complete transactions involving luxury homes, mountain estates, land, condominiums, townhomes, new developments, and fractional ownership opportunities. Prior to joining Christie's International Real Estate, I spent six years with RE/MAX Properties of the Summit, where I earned the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award and was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
Prior to real estate, I worked in technology sales and consulting, working for and selling solutions to executives at companies including Sprint, PTC, Genuity, IBM, and Inktomi. My experience with data center infrastructure, managed hosting, and global networking solutions gave me a unique perspective on digital marketing, lead generation, and leveraging technology to maximize my clients' global listing exposure. I attended St. Francis University, where I played running back and was a member of the Alpha Phi Delta fraternity.
Originally from western Pennsylvania, I grew up working in my family's business and skiing at Seven Springs and Hidden Valley. Those early experiences sparked my lifelong passion for the mountains and gave me firsthand exposure to land selection, construction, and development.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, and exploring the high country with my three daughters. I frequently participate in the Firecracker 50, Five Peaks Ski Mountaineering Race, Quandary Crusher, and Imperial Challenge. My adventures have taken me mountaineering and paragliding in Chamonix, the Mont Blanc region, Val d'Isère, the Canadian Rockies, and Haleakalā in Maui, deepening my appreciation for mountain communities around the world and the lifestyles they offer.
One of my greatest joys is watching my daughters pursue their own passions in rugby, ski racing, and lacrosse. I especially enjoyed watching my oldest daughter, Luci Brady, serve as a former captain of the Penn State Women's Rugby team.
After more than two decades in the Colorado high country, Summit County remains home. I am grateful for the opportunity to help clients discover the mountain lifestyle that first inspired me and to guide them through one of life's most meaningful investments.
