Originally licensed in Minnesota, Katie moved to Colorado in 2018 and quickly immersed herself in the Summit County real estate market. Her firsthand experience purchasing her first home with her husband, Josh, deepened her understanding of the buying and selling process from a client’s perspective—making her an even more empathetic and resourceful guide.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys biking along the rec path, hiking the mountains, and spending time at Dillon Reservoir with her two daughters, Josie and Jackie. On rare date nights, she and Josh can be found exploring the area’s fantastic local restaurants.
